Let your art shine in the heart of Dripping Springs!Â
About the Exhibition
We are thrilled to extend a special invitation to our DSAL members to be part of a distinctive art exhibit which will run from November 16, 2026 to March 1, 2027.
Winter is often associated with dormancy and muted tones, but beneath the surfaceâand in our imaginationsâit lives in technicolor. The more colorful, the better! We are seeking artwork that highlights the deep blues, fiery sunsets, golden light, and subtle iridescent refraction found in nature’s winter palette. Bold colors, playful energy, quiet nostalgia, and unexpected color relationships are all welcome. [Please, no Christmas/religious content as this exhibit lasts into March 2027.]
Artwork Guidelines:
Due to limited wall space, we ask that all 2D pieces (including frames) be no larger than 24â in any dimension.
Smaller works are highly encouraged, as they allow us to include more artists in the display.
We also have a few shelves available for small sculptures, ceramics, and other 3D works (must be under 12″). If youâd like to submit something dimensional, please be sure it fits safely within this size limit. We will also have space for small prints and greeting cards.Â
Â
Artist Reception: Join us to celebrate the artists and their work. The date for the reception is TBD. All participating artists are encouraged to attend and are welcome to bring friends and family. More details to come.
Eligibility – Open to all current members of the DSAL.
Artwork submissions should align with a “family-friendly” theme. Submitted works should refrain from featuring nudity, political or religious statements, violence, or sexualized content, as these elements will not be accepted.
